Small Batch Coffee

Misheard order is not a customers fault yet the absurd attitude of one of the staff as if I have caused a burden, not to mention a complete absence of manner to even apologize is quite a put off. Ive been going to this location for the past few years and its quite a shame how unwelcoming the place now feels. I never leave negative reviews as I always think whats the point but this negative experience lingers in my head - and cant help but speak up.

Coffee and place is great however, some of the staff are very rude not as nice as they used to be pre pandemic.

Enjoyed a lovely almond croissant and matcha latte here with a friend, however I think the atmosphere could be greatly improved by a bit of background music - it was incredibly quiet/almost awkward!! This would probably be considered a positive if I had come to do some work in the caf, as several other people had - but it was a Sunday morning and I would have liked a bit more buzz so my friend and I didnt feel like we were disturbing others with our chat
