Best Practice Chiropractic

Quite a disappointing experience today. I expected to be seen by Morten Westergaard but that wasn't the case. As the business website doesn't list any other practitioners I feel it would be reasonable to expect to be treated by Mr Westergaard and not someone else. Regrettably, I feel I was being sold to by the Chiropractor I saw today. Even though I was informed when I booked that a diagnosis will be made at the first visit, I was made to believe this would not really be possible unless I had an x-ray at extra cost. My instinct was that an x-ray was really not necessary but I felt under pressure and had little choice if I wanted a diagnosis. Furthermore, I was advised the 12-14 session treatment would result in just a 40% improvement. No treatment was given at this initial appointment even though that was stated at time of booking. An expensive visit today to Best Practice Chiropractic with little benefit. :(

My wife had strong back pain. She could not walk. We find this clinic and I have to tell you that Dr Morten Westergaard did a very good job. It is a miracle. My wife recovered and her back pain was gone without any operation. I recommend this service it is the best. We are very satisfied!

Dr. Morten W. was great. He explained what he was doing and why throughout my treatment. I was referred by a friend and I can say Dr Morten and Dr Jack H. exceeded my expectations and helped me to overcome my fear about Chiropractor. Looking forward to continue my treatment and finally being pain free. Highly recommended! Amazing staff.

Firstly i really appreciate from Morton and his lovely team, I and my mother in law been to Morton for 3 years now , my mother in law was suffering from back pain she was completely bended from back pain and i was suffering from migren and shoulder pain , we are both good now from his knowledgeable and experienced treatment ,i highly recommend Morton and im keeping update my treatments, Thank you
