I saw Victor over a back related pain that I could not isolate. I have seen many Chiropractors and Physios over the years but he was singularly the most compassionate and thorough. I cannot recommend highly enough. Victor has continued to help me and my family. He is extremely thorough and generous with his time and has also now looked after my wife and 9 year old daughter. He does what is needed and keeps us healthy through adjustment and exercise to acupuncture and massage. Excellent.

Victor was recommended to me by my partner after I hurt my lower back, i aggravated it, even more by going for a jog, I thought this would loosen things up a bit, how wrong was I?,the Following morning I was unable to walk down the stairs. I also could not stand for more than five minutes at a time. The pain shooting down my lower back into my leg was horrendous. My partner called Victor and she was able to get me an appointment the next day, In the past I have visited many different osteopath/Cairo practitioner but Victor was completely different Considering my partner had to help me out of her car and I limped into Victor clinic,after chatting for a while he knew exactly what the problem was, and went straight to workOMG he manipulated the stubborn muscle and instantly eased my pain, after a hour treatment, I was able to stand upright and walk very slowly to the car, I rested for the rest of the day , The morning I couldnt believe it I could walk downstairs and by later afternoon I no longer had a limp,I have continued to do the stretching exercises that Victor had suggested and Im happy to say my back and leg feels great. Victor was great. He explained and demonstrated what was going on with my back very well. Then set about sorting it out very professionally. He was even able to use acupuncture to help relieve the tension in my shoulders. He was clearly very good as my back is now feeling much better. Would highly recommend him.

Victor treated me for long standing neck pain caused by too many hours hunched in front of a laptop. Through a combination of massage, acupuncture, and a range of stretch and strengthening exercises, Victor managed to fix the issue. Victor is very friendly and engaging, and clearly has a vast knowledge of how best to treat your aches and pains. I would highly recommend Victor, and wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future.
