Offering one star as I cant give any lower. After sending the wrong rice and everything on the order being tepid at best, they offered to send the correct rice. I explained that everything would be freezing by the time this arrived and I would like certain items on the order replacing. The guy on the phone said they wont do that and will just send a cash refund for the rice then hung up the phone. Still waiting for this over an hour later. For an order just under 40 this isnt acceptable. This isn't the first instance of issues from the takeaway. Shame because this used to be our go to Chinese. In future I will AVOID.

Food arrived but several items were either completely wrong, or so badly cooked and incorrect that they just weren't what we ordered. Called to arrange replacement, but they would only offer to send replacement items within 45mins, by which time the rest of the food would have been freezing cold. Chow mein was totally dry and was like eating rubber. Fried rice was actually boiled rice. Chicken was overcooked and rubbery. Staff just didn't want to know...Once they have your cash they don't care. Avoid this overpriced rip off joint!
