I recently visited Ho Chiak, a small Malaysian Chinese family-run restaurant in Brighton, and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. Every dish that I tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The menu offers a fantastic selection of Malaysian and Chinese dishes, and the ingredients used are always fresh and of the highest quality. I highly recommend the char kway teow and the beef rendang, which were both absolutely delicious.
