        COTO/Pioneer have passed on an alleged debt and my child's details to a 3rd party debt collector. Perusing for GDPR breach and mis managing parent accounts.

        Appalling. I closed my account with Class of their own months ago. This November I received an email stating I owed money from April 2019. Id not been notified of this before. They failed to send a cover letter, or call me to explain, instead they sent another email threatening debt collectors. They are now being taken over by Pioneer childcare. Im astounded that this company think its ok to threaten debt collectors, after a year of lockdowns, and 2 weeks before Christmas, with a payment from over a year and a half ago!
