Does the manager ever have a smile on his face? His name was Reggie Raje or something. Miserable atmosphere, staff seem overwhelmed from the managers screaming. Was unsure if this was just my experience but reading other reviews I know its not just me

Came to order food, waiting around for 30 minutes, saw order on screen couple minutes after ordering but went straight away into preparing section, then a minute later it disappear and then I was waiting for ages. Manager and staff were calling out numbers to check what peoples orders were, so orders werent even ready, management needs to fix up!
