Had a great experience recently with Charlie. Couldn't have been more helpful or knowledgeable. Fixed the car as best as he was able to on the roadside, told me exactly what was wrong with it and what to say when I took it to the garage. My pregnant wife and 2 year old were with me. The insurance company were more concerned with collecting their fee and sent the wrong recovery vehicle so we'd have to get a cab home. Charlie ended up towing us back in his van. Thanks again Charlie.

1 of the drivers up in Guildford decided to block a round about then as we were filtering into the lane decided to force his way through almost scraping the side of our van.

Had a recovery through my insurance by these guys yesterday and as this was my first time, Ray and the company were absolutely magic, arrived promptly, patiently took me through every step and returned myself and my poorly machine home safely. Thanks again Ray and would recommend these guys every day of the week
