        I cant speak highly enough of Flude Commercial. The whole lettings team work hard on my behalf to find suitable tenants and agree terms which work for both the tenant and me. Not only that but the full range of professional services provided by Fludes means that every aspect of property investment and management is covered in house.

        I rang up enquiring about a commercial property in Brighton. I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Will Thomas. He made it very clear that me contacting him was an inconvenience, overall rude and condescending. The listing on Rightmove "To Rent" on the commercial page - was apparently incorrect and this is Rightmove's fault - nothing to do with him (even though agents are responsible for listing their own portfolio and ensuring the content is accurate). Would not recommend under any circumstances. REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE - "We understand that you were enquiring about wanting to offer a franchising opportunity". I can only assume that this had been added for the benefit of Google Reviews, as this was absolutely NOT the purpose of my call and no such discussions were ever had with Will Thomas.
