        Had a difficult start with SN counselling with a therapist, but after speaking up how I felt about it to Tania (Theraputic Services Manager), she reallocated to a different therapist and now my counselling sessions are going smoothly with my new therapist. If it wasnt for Tania, I wouldnt have been able to say how I felt about it and I am now glad I am able to attend the sessions and going at my own pace. Feel very supported by Tania and her team and my therapist, who understand me. Thank you 10/10

        I use the ISVA service. They are superb. They are clear in their trans inclusivity. Thoroughly recommend them. They've been very supportive in my police investigation.
