        Dreadful service only reply when suits them suppose to take pressure of me in regards to my mum but im still doing everything quicker my mum stops them being involved the better

        A year since first contacting- didn't hear anything for months on end only to find out that my case worker had left so my case had been on the back burner, then the first time I actually speak with my new case worker she kept speaking over me whilst I was trying to explain an aspect of the case that could be significant to the help they could offer me, told me (over me speaking) the only thing I could do was complain and literally hung up on me. I called back and spoke to somebody who I assume was a manager of some kind who called back later to basically just say the case was closed now. Thanks a lot! A YEAR.
