        Booked a firdge/freezer pick-up for Monday morning. Didn't turn up until half past two in the afternoon. Wouldn't take fridge which wouldn't have been a problem if they'd arrived in the morning as arranged and left me time to make other arrangements. Time wasters basically. Also refused to contact drivers to find out an eta so I couldn't leave the house waiting for them to turn up. Not recommended.
