        I should be able to leave a minus . Your shop assistant falsely accused me of stealing an item [which I had just purchased elsewhere]. She declined to look at the receipt [which I offerred to show her]. She did not offer an apology. I am writing to Age Concern HQ to raise a concern about this serious defamation.
