Vehicle was delivered with zero miles range of fuel in the tank. I appreciate fuel isnt cheap currently but on a nearly 40k purchased, surely 10 worth of fuel isnt too much to ask; especially when you live in a rural area and the closest fuel station is over 5 miles away not a pleasant first drive.
The state the vehicle was delivered in was shocking. The exterior was dirty due to it being sat on a trailer travelling, which is understandable, however the interior looked like it hadnt been cleaned for months whilst being used. I raised this with the salesman who brushed it off and to be told it was fully valeted two days prior; simply untrue.
The overhead interior lighting in the vehicle doesn't work! Not only is this frustrating when using the vehicle in the dark, but also poses a safety hazard in the event of an emergency. Several emails back and forth to the dealership with the best solution they can recommend is to book it into a local CUPRA dealership, take the vehicle in for diagnostics and they will resolve the issue. When opting to purchased an approved used from a main dealer, you expect these items to be checked thoroughly surely?! Instead now you have to ring other dealerships, explain the problem, book the vehicle in, take the vehicle, wait for the vehicle, etc sounds pedantic but again you dont expect this from a main dealer and on a vehicle of this value.
Overall a poor experience and a dealership I would not recommend.
