I met with Chris to discuss purchasing a Renault Captur Hybrid and he carefully and thoroughly explained everything to me. Never having driven an automatic car in nearly 60 years of driving he took me to a quiet straight road which was just what I needed. When I went to collect the car he patiently went through everything with me. During the purchase process he kept me updated with my car.
