I would have given more stars and I really dont want to give this one, but this morning at the London road branch Brighton the lady who served us was so utterly rude I would not go there to buy again. She could barely speak to us in a civil manner. I had intended to buy more cakes but really didnt want to pay to be served so rudely. Very disappointing when the ladies in your Kensington gardens cafe are always pleasant.

Absolutely amazing vegan milkshakes. Try the biscoff with salted caramel I really liked that they had lots of options for vegan cakes, cookies and coffees.

I used cloud 9 for my wedding cake. The cake was very tasty and delivered on time. We did have a blip in that they forgot to put the decorations on top! Nevertheless I rang them on my wedding day and 2 sweet girls turned up at the wedding to fix the problem at 7pm on a Saturday night which was impressive. A problem solved well is a customer for life! I will use them again.
