Caroline has the ability to dissect the information I give and feed back to me detailing areas of my life that could do with a little work that I did not realise or had even discussed in the first instance. I have found the overall experience so worth while, Caroline has a wonderful calm and rewarding nature, she has truly helped me be a better man!

I thoroughly enjoyed the one on one coaching I received from Caroline. Interesting tools were used to measure my work life balance, which gave me great insight into assessing areas of my life which were/are out of sync. Caroline was able to draw upon her professional work experience when discussing topics such as work related issues. The advice she gave was brilliant as it was tailored specifically for myself as she took into account not only my business mind but my spiritual side too. The two approaches combined allowed us to come up with an action plan which helped me in my working environment. Caroline is a very down to earth, personable, encouraging coach and as such is a pleasure to work with. I would recommend her to anyone, especially those who are looking to further their careers , who are mindful of their work life balance and how this can affect not only themselves but the people around them.

I approached Caroline (she was recommended to me) at a time when I wanted to create a better work-life balance, create and work towards some life goals and to get support whilst I was going through a difficult time at work. I had never worked with a coach before so didn't know what to expect. Caroline was very understanding and supportive and could relate to my 'issues' as she had helped many people in my situation. Shes credible because she has also experienced working in a very pressurised, fast-paced environment herself and and learnt how to create a more satisfying, balanced life in spite of some significant personal challenges. She used a number of creative techniques to help me find solutions that worked for me. She is also a great listener, all round lovely person and I found her to be a great inspiration. A pleasure to work with and I can't recommend her highly enough.
