i went into here after experiencing quite a frightening event. nothing to do with the bank itself but this lovely lady working at the front comforted me, got me water and helped me call my mum and i just wanted to say thank you to that lady. it was so very sweet of her to take time out of her work to make sure i was alright. thank you :)

I visited the branch Friday and Saturday 7th-8th May 2021 to carry out an urgent payment, Which turned into a complicated process because the organisation being paid had not given me the correct banking information. The patience and professionalism of Kevin was outstanding as we both dialled into an automated telephone call system to retrieve the organisation's payment information. It took 2 days and without Kevin it would have turned into a very stressful situation. Huge thanks to a great member of staff.
