        Hadn't been in to Hove branch for a while. Was served by the delightful "trainee" Gina. She was very professional and calm whilst coping with computer problems and she ended with a lovely smile and wished me well. Good luck to her.

        DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. There So rude it is absolutely shocking. They make it so hard for you to get your own money out evan with a passport. There questions are very invasive and the attitude of the staff is just unacceptable.

        The Nationwide branch in Hove is my kind of place, my kind of people. All of this nonsense from Lloyds, Barclays, HSBC and co about offering the best customer experience in lockdown - what a load of rubbish! Nationwide have done, but they've it by being disciplined with their precautions. The branch manager was particularly helpful when I had to sort out insurance for my tractor recently. It turns out he's a fellow tractor enthusiast and joked he would like to be buried with a tractor when he goes! He even had a few tips for me of places to stay and things to do on my upcoming weekend away in Scarborough with family. You will not find this kind of customer service anywhere else!
