Installation date was 4 months later than stated by designer when placing the order. Faulty part was sent which delayed the job by 6 days. 15 days in now and we still have no bath/shower or fully working toilet. See photo for 15 days of progress. All you get is apologies and no actions or urgency shown.
Maybe when the bathroom is done we will love it, but unfortunately the experience so far has been awful.
