        I really didnt know what to expect going into the DISE course but from day 1 I felt welcomed. It really gives you a great understanding of what to train, how and why you are doing it. I came out the other end of the course not only a much better boxer but much more confident and driven as a person. I would hugely encourage any young boxer to go on the DISE course. Adam is always changing up the sessions keeping them entertaining while still giving out top level coaching advice.

        I studied at the Brighton Dise from 2019-21 and it was a great experience. I developed massively as an athlete , as a boxer and as a student. Dise allowed me to focus on my boxing and my studies and I have since gone to uni studying sport science. I cannot recommend the programme enough. You'll be surrounded by a like minded team that promotes hard work and progression .

        An amazing experience which allowed me to progress not only as a boxer but as a person. Provided me with great opportunities throughout and heavily supported me alongside my academic studies too. Currently in work as a Physio after 5 years of university!
