I was thrilled to have found SPL Bookkeeping Services. They made the whole process of my accounting simple and didn't bombard me with industry jargon that I could not understand. The team are incredibly prompt in all aspects of communication and carry out a quality of work that is of a very professional standard. I have been using SPL for a few years now and look forward to a continued successful relationship with them. I no longer have the stress or worry about anything accounting related - I know I can trust SPL and leave everything to them!

I am just starting my company and Sean is the first accountant I have worked with. He is friendly and spot on with guiding me through everything I need to do to have my accounts and filings in order. I love the fact that he takes charge of the situation and makes me feel safe and like I have nothing to worry about. Starting off can be very stressful but Sean knows how to take that pressure off. sorry not very impressed they made an appointment to come and see me and to meet in a coffee shop to discuss accounts. and book keeping. It seemed like a good idea as they were only round the corner. The background noise always sounded like a call centre that did not make me feel reassured about an accounting/bookkeeping environment where I would get a personal service. Then there was a request to confirm things so I confirmed for the next day at my house and the chap simply did not turn up about 30 mins later he texted me saying he did not think we would work well together so was not coming. What a cop out this was! The website has the wrong number on it and they seem to work off their mobiles. I did ask them to call me on the landline but there was some problem with them getting hold of me too. Perhaps they are better at debt collection than bookkeeping.
