Took my bike in for a service after ~5000km and desperate need of a refurb. Rob sorted this for me with a quick turn around and got the bike back to its former glory. After the first service there were some issues which arose, but Rob said no problem and took it in to fix straight away. No arguments, no complaints, just good quality customer service.

Multiple positive experiences from BikeShed. I purchased their own bike brand - Brighton Bike 2 years ago and super happy with it and with the service they continue to provide including text message reminders, info about whats needed and price before fixing plus extremely good value for money. They fixed my wheel tyre and frame when it got reversed on by a lorry, my kids bike seat, my bell when it got broken/pinched and here is where Rob shows his love for tinkering and problem solving because he found and fitted a completely different style of bell free of charge to avoid the same problem happening again. A really friendly, super passionate, knowledgable team who go out of their way for customers.

Always friendly and have an efficient way of doing things. I like that I can drop in and theyll take it and let me know what needs doing, without booking. Staff are always respectful and will happily check up any follow up issues. Really recommend

Glad i found the bike shed. i was putting my bike in the skip till i spoke to Robert. Four days later it was like new. Friendly/Helpful advice. Looking at buying a second bike from the shop.
