Cannot recommend more highly. Very helpful, knowledgable and quick to respond to enquiries. After a horrific experience with a large high street bike shop, the staff here restored my faith in ebikes and customer service. Thank you Lucy and the team.

I did not make a purchase here however I did go into the store as I had to nurse my car into the Asda carpark as parts of the wheel arch were hanging off and getting stuck into the front drivers side wheel. After going into asda for tie wraps with no luck I wandered around and came across this shop. I explained what had happened and they could not have been more helpful. After gifting me with a few tie wraps I was happily on my way back home to London! They didnt have to help me at all but they went above and beyond for a lady in distress! I will be forever in their debt. Amazing staff

Highly recommend this establishment! The service I have received for my Raleigh Motus electric bike has been excellent. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They really do go the extra mile on customer services and their after service is brilliant.

Good customer services, good and amazing products, the personal are professional and friendly approaching. Very proactive and professional advice. I recommend everyone to use this shop because their products are good quality.
