Cycle wand worked their magic. Excellent customer service, great price (NHS discount a welcome gesture) and quality work. Would definitely recommend. Chris gave me options according to my price range and an honest opinion about the short and long term fixes. Kept me informed and sorted the problem completely and on time.

You just cannot fault the service at this place. I have been going here for about a year after having bad experiences at other shops in the local area The new bike mechanic Chris is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. More than happy to help teach you about what he is doing rather than making you feel silly for not knowing. He is a fantastic addition to the already strong team, I will be a loyal customer for as long as I can cycle!
