I was lucky enough to have a friend whod purchased a Reilly a few years back, so didnt feel the need to test ride, being of a similar height. I ordered a Titanium Gradient from the website. First off if you order a Reilly direct, you can be confident that theyll keep you informed throughout the sourcing of the components and building of the bike. Phil phoned and emailed on a number of occasions to check on specific items and give me updates. The bike arrived and was well packaged without any visible scratches etc. However on closer inspection the rear mech hanger had been bent. A quick email with photos of the offending item to Phil and a new one was dispatched the same day. Thats excellent customer service. The bike itself is a thing of beauty, built with care. Its very comfortable to ride but still provides the stiffness you need when putting down power. I cant wait to take it on some multi day bike packing adventures. Highly recommend the product and the team at Reilly Cycle Works.

Reilly T325d I ordered a Reilly T325d in early January and have just received it. Whether it was prior to my order, post purchase or following delivery, Reilly Cycleworks have been brilliant always responding quickly. Chris and Phil have made me feel valued, provided their time, answered all my questions comprehensively and sent tutorial videos. Faultless customer service. Ive wanted a Reilly for 5 years and am not disappointed. The bike is just quality with great attention to detail, finishing and components. When buying a Reilly, youre not buying a bike that is not mass produced but handcrafted. You wont be disappointed. Good things come to those who wait. Chapeau!

Dealt with Chris via the WhatsApp feature. He was attentive, knowledgeable and helped me understand the different options to come to a quick decision. Overall Chris and Reilly were a pleasure to deal with. Cant wait for the arrival of my new bike!

Leasing my Reilly bike through BikeFlex has been such a great experience. I'd had my eye on a titanium frame for a while and was looking to upgrade from my steel frame road bike I'd had for about 10 years. When I saw The BikeFlex offer on Reilly's IG, it was an no brainer. Tim at BikeFlex was super helpful explaining the process and all was exactly as was described on the site. I decided to go for it on a Sunday and by the following Friday, was collecting my Reilly Gradient from Velobarn in Surrey. I was met at the Velobarn but Tim and also Chris from Reilly and Velobarn's Steve who had built the bike up for me. They couldn't have been more helpful or nicer to deal with. Even a few days after collection, Chris has been incredibly helpful sending me a shorter stem (the one it came with was fine but just a touch outside of my usual riding position) and even a very cool Reilly T-Shirt! The whole experience has been so easy and the service spot on. I would highly recommend. Needless to say, the new ride is exceptional too. I couldn't be happier.
