        John was absolutely great! Communication was quick and easy and he come home during the next hour. He explained me everything he was doing so that I could do it by myself next time. He was careful and didnt change unnecessary things and he even gave me a little bit of oil for free. Definitely will call him again

        I can't recommend Southover Cycles more highly. The communication is efficient, professional and friendly - the restoration and repair to my very rusty and neglected bike has been absolutely outstanding. You can sense the real pride they take in their work.

        John was repairing a neighbour's bike on the street outside my house and was only too happy to help me out on the spot. He solved my problem (stuck pedals and replaced them with new ones) in 5 minutes flat and had me on my way. Great job, super helpful, brilliant coincidence that I found him, but will very happily use again and recommend to others. Great job John! Thanks for your help.
