We had Gap Solutions totally transform a small store room into the most amazing walk in wardrobe. From start to finish the team were professional, considerable and very keen to ensure that the work done was to the highest specification. Problems encountered along the way (we have a very old house) were managed well with clear solutions. The work came in on budget and we are very pleased with the finished result. I cannot thank Greg and the team enough. Highly recommended!

Do not waste your time with this organisation. They are clearly busy enough now that they feel they can justify utterly ridiculous costs. They have now quoted nearly 10,000 for a very simple design and build. Original quote was at 6,500 and revised for two extra cupboards 9,500!!! After emailing to question the increase they actually justified it by stating the extra materials generated the increase! In all honesty the materials offered and range of build was limited at best, there are many other providers that offer better solutions and prices. Do not waste your time with this company. EDIT FOLLOWING GAP SOLUTIONS RESPONSE: I have now found another provider that is providing the same solution with better quality materials for 4,300. Think that says it all really. They are also factoring in many important elements to the build not considered by GAP such as a work around with soil and gas piping.

Excellent service by Sophie and the team. GAP Solutions previously done the wardrobes at the property I just moved in. I was able to call and get the historic records of the sizes and what was installed. Was able to order additional parts, no problem. Did a self pick up on a weekend and easily installed everything. The whole process was smooth and straight forward! Keep it up guys.

This is the second time I have used Gap Solutions, once for just wardrobe doors and this time for a full wardrobe fit. Despite all the restrictions in place, which have caused a number of hurdles to leap, the people I have dealt have been unfailingly upbeat and helpful. I have to say, it was worth the wait. My wardrobes look great and I can't wait to fill them! I have changed my mind about colours and doors, and they just revised their designs and sent them back through again. I have sent random emails and they have responded helpfully (thank you Sophie). Thank you to the whole team from showroom staff to fitters, the quality of the wardrobes is clear to see and they are exactly what I wanted.
