        Really loved our stay! Janine was incredibly welcoming. We arrived quite late in the night as our flight was delayed and the instructions to enter were so straightforward and easy to follow. The room we stayed in was the perfect size for a weekend in Brighton - quiet (as we stayed in one of the back facing ones), nice and modern (including the bathroom!). Breakfast was included and Janine cooked up a feast! Was a pleasure to stay there - cannot recommend it enough.
