Personal, well-equipped rooms with the little extras such as coffee, tea and small chocolates in addition to water. Stayed at the top myself in a sweet, small standard room with a nice view of the rooftops and equipped with everything we needed. Central and nice location with walking distance to everything.         Rooms: Very clean with lots of little finishing touches to make the stay better. Nearby activities: So much to see within walking distance of hotel. Marina, pier, the lanes and of course the Brighton Pavilion and Dome. Safety: Great location . Felt very safe. Food & drinks: Breakfast menu was excellent and cooked to perfection. Service with a smile too.

        Rooms: Modern style rooms very clean and comfortable with drinks milk coffee tea and chocolates. Ironing board and iron . Flat screen tv and DVD player. Nearby activities: On the beach sports available. Great seaside walks. Kids activities near by. Theate and cinema in village area. Safety: Feels safe to walk around at night well lite streets and local policing teams visable. Walkability: Near the beach and the village of st James. Brighton town centre within easy walking distance. Coast walks near by hotel.
