        Unfortunately not a very nice shopping experience had in this shop. As soon as I was through the door I was approached by a member of staff who asked what she could help me with. I said I was just looking and assumed shed leave me alone. Wrong. She hounded me the whole time trying to push sales on me. It was obvious what she was doing and I didnt like it. To make matters worse she actually took an item that I was looking at out of my hand and put it on the side only to whisk me over to the other side of the shop to try and sell me something more expensive! It was very all very uncomfortable. I had just wanted to go in there and enjoy looking at the products. I tried to make it clear to her that I didnt want any help and actually ended up feeling rather bullied. Awful shop, over priced and terrible customer service. Probably down to bad management and poor staff training. Funny how Id always wondered why it looked empty

        Went in looking for a cream to help with acne that I had already used with success. I was told that tea tree (its basic component) actually risked to give very bad reaction with acne. I was offered a serum saying the the basic component was sea weed and that would help. I was in a hurry and bought the product for 3 times the price of the original cream I was looking for. I went home and looked for information and actually I was confirmed that tea tree is successfully used against acne - the opposite to what I was told I the shop! I looked at the serum I had been offered and that has nothing to do with acne nor blemish skin. By the way it doesn't even contain sea weed as I was told! It is to protect against pollution! It is definitely the last time I am buying in this shop.

        Visited today 3rd July 2022 Walked in with my mother she asked for a product that we had seen on line . The body shop stocked it . to be told no not in this store 3 times the assistant didnt give us a chance to explain just said no 3 times . assistant was very rude and abrupt no customer service at all . Wouldnt go to this shop again very unhelpful. and rude .
