        You could not ask for friendlier staff when you walk in, who don't only make you feel welcome but have the most expert knowledge on recommending products that suit you. As a gender non-conforming women, I was particularly pleased that I was not directed towards the gender stereotypical products. The Black Pepper reed defuser that I brought smells incredible and Theo, who served me, was so easy to talk too - thank you to the lovely Brighton Molton Brown Team :)

They made me feel like more like they were really interested in me as a person rather than what they can sell me/customer. Working in a serviced based industry myself this is the kind of service that created loyal customers & keep them coming back. If I could rate you 10 stars I would. I will be back again on my annual trip to England next year. Thank you!
