Such an awful experience!! Very upsetting. Had to wait 25 minutes for drinks then 80 minutes for food an absolute joke!! The food was cold and dry. Food went to wrong table and then we had to wait another 20 minutes. Staff were rude and had no idea what was going on. Will never be going back and will never recommend anyone else going!!!

Poor customer service, clueless staff not knowing what they have in stock. A long wait to be served but yet hardly anyone there. Very slow approach. Would not go back again, will stick to tea and biscuits at home in the future.
