        Very poor service and no customer care

        They closed our local Portslade branch, so we had to travel to the Hove branch. But now there is no counterservice at all. Terrible Service. They can't assist with even a seemingly easy action. They recommend going to the main branch in Brighton, which is a 4.00 bus ride away x 2 = 8.00 if my husband and I both go because we are both signatories on the account.

        Shocking that they have no way of people drawing out money in branch at Hove. Expected to go outside to ATM. Need one inside - this is a bank after all. Told to go to post office
