        Cant be seen by anyone with any customer service skills. Bank card expires and they cant get a replacement card printed in branch. Go to main Brighton branch and its xmas eve and they cant print card. The staff are rude. I took my 30k out and now leaving this review. Never use them. They even stopped my card saying due to a fraud investigation. I was paying for a drill for work and needed it the next day. At counter of shop my bank card declined. I lost next day work wages. No sorry. This bank is a joke. I hope they go under.
