        I have been a customer for many years, having previously used Northern Rock. I used to be very happy but this last year has been a nightmare. I have several accounts. I moved home and VM has seemingly found it nigh on impossible to change addresses on my accounts. My statements went to previous address. FOUR visits to the office and there is still one account that I cannot get a statement from. I am going again tomorrow. Oh, and they reduced open hours so the wait is long and frustrating. In my last visit TWO other customers were complaining bitterly. CB

        Used for business banking, not a mistake I will make again. Impossible to speak to anyone and they will not call you back, so you can enjoy a two hour wait any time you need to call the bank. Save yourself... bank elsewhere
