        If you are not a number, this is the best bank ever. Such a joy to deal with real people who know you. Even the 24/7 helpline is answered by human beings. Never having to spend 20 minutes interacting with an automated service to be answered by someone on the other side of the world is well worth the small monthly fee.

        Hopeless people, been trying to open an account for ages and have spoken and e-mailed lots of times but not interested. Have had dealings before in Suffolk, very efficient but not this lot, my advice, don't bother.
