Very helpful staff. I have heard that customers have to wait a while to see the receptionists. I havent experienced this myself.

I went in to NatWest to deposit some cash into my bank account, and I was served by a lovely lady. Unfortunately, I forgot to check for a name badge, but she was so friendly and offered me some really great advice about savings accounts while she had my details up on screen. I immediately followed her above the minute I got home - it was so unexpected, as advice for finances isnt what I had gone in for, but Im so pleased she took the extra step to help me out because I be feel Im in a much better situation now! Whichever lady was on shift at around 14:00 on Wednesday 25th January, thank you so much!

Every time I go in there are long queues, only one person behind the counter, no urgency to deal with customers, poor service all round. Im moving my account to Co-op.
