One star is to much for this company. I purchased items at a online action on the collection the the lorry was made wait all day for 20min loading job. The third party that loaded the good just charged very high fee. The whole process would put of dealing with apex. Unprofessional manner from the office staff and guy over the loading on site never again.

Bought from apex for a few years. They hide behind their "terms and conditions", not willing to help even out of goodwill. Their customer service skills are non existent. Phoned as we had an issue and was told "we're not getting involved, it's between you and the vendor". Wrong your the agent who sold the goods! So you are part of the transaction. This review is aimed at the office staff only!! They are shocking, if you have a problem don't expect any help what so ever. The onsite staff can't do enough to help and rate all the porters that work for Apex very highly.

Tell lies to get you to bid then once youve purchased and paid apex change their minds. I have been a customer for nearly 10 years but will never use apex again.

Absolutely ridiculous, in 20+ years of buying machine tools and engineering equipment at auction, never have I had so much bother registering to bid. So much so I didn't bother wasting any further time attempting to do so. I can't fathom why anyone would sell their equipment via Apex when it would appear they actively turn away bidders.
