Nice large gallery space on two floors. Although thats where the niceness stops, with stiff necked sales staff members who were more interested in talking amongst themselves rather than to us the customers. None of the discourteous staff member bothered to greet or make an effort to talk to us about our needs. They did not even had the courtesy to thank us for visiting the art gallery when we were leaving the gallery. To add insult to the injury of not being paid attention to, one the staff member finally quipped about us not being allowed to visit the top floor of the gallery for reasons unknown to us. My message to the business is that discounts and offers dont sell the paintings, but rather the good customer service does.

Some lovely pieces of art though very expensive. The Brighton store is very small compared to the ones in Stratford and Birmingham we have visited. Very unusual pieces and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.
