Got an item from the shop which was unfortunately broken when first taken out of the box - after contacting with the shop they told me to fix it myself and haven't replied since then to my emails (2 months now waiting) even after letting them know that I got in contact with the item producer and was told that they only need to talk to the producer if are not able to give me a replacement, so I found a solution but still not helping. They are not only not replacing the item but not wanting to help getting a new one from the producer.
