Overpriced and Underwhelmed Restaurant looks great from the outside and pictures. On our arrival we were escorted out the back to a covered outside space with heaters and a few flies and no ambiance whatsoever and grubby. Was really looking forward to it so this was not a good start. The waitress was nice, and starter was great so we thought it might not be too bad. The medium steak was well done (they did knock money off for us) The chips were deep fried equivalent to the cheap frozen kind. The lad that cleared the table gathered all the knifes and forks from the starter then said you would need these for the main course! then dealt them back to us at random! He was clearly inexperienced he picked up the cutlery by the eating ends !!! and we watched him push another tables food across the plate he was carrying with his fingers. When he put our main course on the table it flicked juice from the steak over my arm !!! For the prices they charge you expect good food, service and nice environment. Sadly we felt it fell short on all three. We wont be going back.
