John Foat of Foat Architects has acted as my Architect on the complete remodelling of a beach house in Brighton. He has always been professional and motivated; communication has been excellent. His design and organisational skills are excellent. I would unreservedly recommend John should you be looking for a local Architect.

Highly recommend John who did a great job for us with a long desired extension that we thought had a slim chance of passing planning permission. John's breadth of experience and very smart logic is matched by his creative vision and excellent advice. We've ended up with a transformation way beyond what we originally hoped for thanks to John. he's straight-talking, indulges the most basic of questions with good humour and charm and did an absolutely brilliant job of getting us through the planning permission stage with great success and minimum stress. He cares about the project from start to finish so would pop by even when not on the clock, its the best experience we've had to date.
