We rescued an injured pigeon and unfortunately there is no avian vet in my area so we had to travel almost an hour from I live. I was amazed they booked in the pigeon for a check up the next day and gave me advice onto do next. We were expecting to pay 77. However we werent charged for the consultation. It shows they do really care about wildlife and you cant put a price on that. Thank you so much!

My dog had surgery at a different vets last week and over the BH weekend developed some issues. I called the emergency vet and sought advice. The vet was very helpful and talked me through my concerns for 10 minutes. There was no payment involved and I was very grateful for the advice given.

My dog was in Costways Brighton for his dental treatments and I was so impressed by the team's hard working and kindness. They picked up his hormone issue that I didn't spot and really saved his life in long run. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Highly recommend!

We had a brilliant, very throrough and supportive experience at Coastway Vets with our very elderly lurcher who we unfortunately had to put to sleep. Vet David was simply fantastic in diagnosis, prognosis, providing the facts whilst putting Lucky at ease throughout the examinations - and then letting us make the hardest decision we had to make in a long time, in the best interest of our long-time trusty companion. Thank you in particular to vet David! RIP Lucky - no longer in pain now.

Was sent here for my dog to see an eye specialist after he was attacked by another dog. He was prescribed antibiotic drops and we were told not to run out. I contacted my own vet to see if they could provide us with more, by the time they got back to us, we only had a drop or two left so I contacted Coastway Vets to order more. I was told I needed to give 2-3days notice and as I needed these quicker it would need to be as an emergency prescription which would cost an extra 20. We are on limited income and I feel that the timeframe for ordering medication should have been made clear at the beginning which could have saved us this unexpected extra cost.
