To Stuart and Laura, two incredible paramedics who helped me a few months ago after an incident occurred as a direct result of my eating disorder. They gave so much of their time and I have never felt more cared for, listened to and validated in my life. It's because of them, i chose recovery. Bless those two people, I am grateful for them every day

To the two super ladies who attended me, and their female driver, who came to my home in Goring-by-Sea, Worthing on Wednesday. Sorry, in the shock I forget your names. Thank you so very much for your care, your calm manner and extreme kindness when assessing and admitting me to Worthing Hospital. Thank you for explaining everything that you were doing and reassuring me constantly. I am home and resting and all will be well. I appreciate you and all that ambulance frontline workers do - take care in your work, I will pray you all remain safe in the days ahead.
