I'm a trustee of a central London soup kitchen charity, and the co-founder of a not-for-profit restaurant which recruits and trains homeless people for a career in hospitality. I am trying to start my career in property investing, and I spent hours trying to learn all about property taxes on the internet. Having just got off the phone with Michelle, I learnt more in 15 minutes than I have ever done. Not only did she take the time to speak with me, she was very friendly and willing to genuinely help. I can see the office closes at 6pm, and it's gone past 7pm...will be going straight to her should I need accounting services in the future. (:

I am part of a team that - largely in our spare time - run a small non-profit. West & Berry do our end of year accounts (and have really helped me, a novice in such things with time, prioritise what I need to learn), provide a c/o business address (because we have no premises and directors move around!), and have helped us (successfully!) apply to become a charity. Throughout they have been helpful, professional, warm, and straightforward. Thoroughly recomend, especially if - like us - your organisation is in the charity/non-profit space.
