        If I could rate it 0 I would. Went in for a basic turkey and ham sandwich, only to be told there is no ham, no chicken, nothing. Don't think the staff could move any slower. Also make sure you don't have any specialty requests, as you will be greeted with a grunt. Waste of time, waste of money

        Subway Brook Road Clacton-on-Sea, very poor service. Didn't listen to my children orders properly. My children and there friend were over 11 and nearly 12yrs old. We wanted to sit in and eat as it was special occasion. And was told couldn't eat in, it was only 6.30pm. They didn't have much choice of food, bearing in mind it was only 6.30pm, there open till 9.00pm or later. When I question why, they couldn't give me a reason. I said couldn't u put a sign up no eating in the window and they can't put signs up in the window, at least they could of told between placed the order.

        Arrived at 7:20pm to find it was shut 90 minutes early. Staff told us to go away, didnt even offer an explanation. Store opening hours on window say 9pm closure, Google says 8pm.
