Four Counties Tiling & Property Improvement

Mr Morris suggested an appointment time and date to which I agreed. Unfortunately he did not turn up for the appointment and did not ring me before or after the agreed time to advise of any problems. I rang him later to rearrange the appointment, got his answer phone, left a message but Mr Morris never contacted me again. I have shown one star only because you cannot post a review without any stars!

I needed a tiling contractor for a Victorian style tiles in a hallway. Of all the contractors Matthew stood head and shoulders above the rest. I had a detailed quote via email within a couple of days with a competitive price, with a follow up phone call to see if I was happy with the quote. Once the job started Matthew was on site punctually every day and just pushed on with the job working solidly all day. It was an intricate job that required a lot of patience, detail and a lot of time setting out and planning. Never once did I hear any complaints to what looked like an arduous job, which would have tried the patience of a saint! The finished job was better than we had expected and it is a testament to the hard work that went into it. I would not hesitate to use this contractor again and would highly recommend him to anyone. Professional, courteous and reliable, with excellent work ethic and high standard of workmanship!
