        Needed some short notice supplies to help my mum rehabilitate at home. After phoning in advance they kindly opened the shop for me so I could buy what was needed. Thank you.

        Do buy from this shop - we purchased an item during lockdown for a elderly neighbour who fell, but then item was not needed . Tried to return item within 4 days was refused a refund. We were not informed at time of purchase that there was a no refund policy due to co-vid19. Was promised a call from owner to explain refund policy that was over 4 weeks ago still not heard from them - terrible customer service - we were long time customers of this shop now wished we had used amazon who were cheaper and would have refunded.
