After contacting well over 20 gazebo kit makers in 2021, EHB were clearly in a league of their own when it came to communication, professionalism, quality and price. Maddie was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process! We experienced some difficulty getting a response from their design manager when wanting to make insert panels, but these weren't required in the end, so wasn't a big deal. If we ever need another Oak framed building, we'll go straight to EHB. [UPDATE 21/08/2022] About a month after writing the initial review, I made EHB aware that the unsupported corner had dropped by an inch. Their response was that this is just part of the natural drying out process, and nothing to worry about. If I had known this was a possibility, I would have asked that steps be put in place at the design stage to prevent it. An oak out building like this is a significant investment, one that you don't want comprised by a supposed characteristic that is not only unsightly, but has the potential to affect the integrity of the roof. As such, I've taken steps that I hope might lessen the impact of the sagging while the oak is still drying (see attached images showing the extent of the sag, and my mitigation steps). I've deducted a star, due to this failing of EHB.

I purchased a three bay garage kit from English Heritage Buildings and upon delivery I was amazed at the quality and detail to which both the oak and softwood elements had been prepared. The quality and precision of the machining was incredible. I elected to erect the building myself and with my sons assistance the building was erected in three and half days, including pitching the roof and applying all of the cladding, this was only possible due to the care which had been taken to prepare the timber members at the factory.

EHB provide excellent design and attention to detail. Clive, who we dealt with, was always quick and responsive to any question. Delivery & assembly was also excellent, with high quality materials and finish. Above all, the building (a 3 bay garage with hipped ends) looks fabulous. The only niggle was the Oak doors. Doors and windows are supplied raw and require to be coated with varnish. It was not at all clear to us that this was the case and the doors warped. This caused opening/closing issues and me having to spend hours fixing it, as now outside the 6 months warranty. The joinery company that assembles the frames should supply customers with a tin of wood treatment that costs no more than 50 quid with each order. :)

Although the structure is great, the recommended carpenters have left me with doors that cannot open. After 5 months I still cant open the oak doors Ive paid for, and neither the carpenter or English Heritage are engaging to address the problem Save your money, spend it with a company that cares for their customers.
